Some even drive two hours away to come and get it. So what's the difference? Our cattle are raised to meet the highest of standards, are slaughtered from 20-26 months of age and are pasture raised and grain finished. Best when cooked to a medium-medium well to render the fat and get you the most tender ribeye around.
